The Hotel Internazionale’s approach to gastronomy falls into a larger project which the Hotel is part of. We are proud to be linked to the Casa Artusi (a very famous Italian cookery school) and the Cesenatico Bellavita consortium.
We promote the use of local, seasonal ingredients which awards us the “La Buona cucina romagnola - garantisce il consorzio” stamp of approval (meaning “Good Romagnolo Food - guaranteed by the consortium”), this guarantees the authenticity of our fresh ingredients to our guests and the use of local produce wherever possible.
