We offer all the ingredients a to start the day here at Hotel Internazionale - a 'buongiorno' for every taste as we prepare a rich buffet every day in our restaurant.
From the kitchen, the Chef offers homemade cakes, biscuits, plum cakes and tarts, savoury and sweet filled brioches along with hot pancakes, honey, cereals and jams everything you need for your continental breakfast.
Among the savoury flavours we also prepare crispy bacon, toast or bread, eggs, cooked how you like them and a seelction of cured meats and cheeses. All perfect to accompany your freshly made cappuccino, juice or fresh fruit.
Fill your plate then take a seat on our comfortable terrace. You'll be sitting among fragrant flowers and enjoy the shade from the morning sun under parasols. You'll enjoy a view of the town's Gardens by the Sea which include Tonino Guerra's Big Leaves and even a view of the beach. A great way to start your day.
Every day the Chef offers two fabulous choices both closely linked to food seasonality.
You can book lunch daily at a cost of € 20, or it can be reserved if you are a guest on half board.
Every evening you will find our restaurant has the prefect setting for your evening meal. You will be treated to an elegant and calm atmosphere where you will discover the Chef's two daily 'à la carte' proposals.
Our offering is based around seasonality and quality, tradition and creativity, along with the use of local DOP products and traditional recipes. You can order whatever you like from the menu that inspires your palate.
Periodically, we will organise special evenings which will include aperitifs, theme nights and gala dinners in the hotel offering your the chance to have some fun evenings together based around the wonderful flavouring of food and wine.
'The good cuisine of Romagna' is the gastronomic philosophy here at the Hotel Internazionale. The aim is part of a larger project, intimately linked to the famous 'Casa Artusi' and the Cesenatico Bellavita consortium, of which the hotel is a part.
The aim is to offer, from our kitchen, the use of preferential products which are linked to its seasonality and where it comes from around the territory.
The brand "La Buona Cucina Romagna - guaranteed by the consortium" was born - this identifies the genuineness of any of our raw ingredients and taken from around the area, as local as possible.
We will always choose and the finest foodstuff as our raw ingredients.
